One sexy mama!

Here's one red hot mama, or at least she's brave enough to dress as such!  I don't know if I could dress as such at my age, so hopefully at her age I can dress however I want and look just as confident as she does!  This awesome image is from SLS Lines. She has some wonderful lady images and great quirky and unusual theme images too.  Check this image, Sexy Mom in underwear out in the new SLS Lines store. (I colored her up to be sexy grandma!!)

Enjoy and be sure to check out our current challenge!

Inspiration Post

Hello everyone...Genny here with my inspiration post. For today's make, I chose to work with this fabulous image of the girl and her cat. For those of you that know me it comes as no surprise that I would choose this..I suppose I am officially a crazy cat As with all my inspiration posts, I like to give a little insight to why I have created what I have. Well for this one came about as I was fussing , Raven, one of my cats. I was sat there stroking her and my mind was wandering remembering past times and coming up with ideas for the future. And that was where I began. I liked the idea of ideas and dreams popping around there was the background..I used a bubble stencil with my distress inks and cut out various circles to hold my thoughts. The girl and the cat seemed to be the perfect focal point.

I hope that you will pop over to the SLS Lines shop and have a browse through all the amazing designs. And don't forget that a new challenge is due to begin tomorrow..the rest of the team have created some fabulous please be sure to take a look at all those. I so love seeing all the wonderful makes that people create. So until next time..take care and happy crafting.

Inspiration from Susan R

Just a little inspiration from me today!!

I have used Happy Cat Big Grin coloured with Promarkers and cut out to make an ATC:
I thought this was a Cheshire Cat sort of cat so this is one of my Alice series ATCs.

The background is a distress ink background trimmed and matted onto snippets of purple and red card. I printed the sentiment from Alice in Wonderland on my computer.

I made this as a DT make at Crafting from the Heart which is being sponsored by SLS this week...

Happy Crafting!

Inspiration from Susan R

Did you look at the New Releases yesterday?
If not please scroll down to look at the fabulous makes...

I made this Birthday card for my nephew.

I  combined the image in Serif Craft Artist 2 with some background papers from
- and added some blue to the image.

I used this in the same way to make an ATC -
by printing it small and cutting around the frame.

I just used scraps for the layers of the background and then a few earring bits as embellishments!

Happy Crafting!

Inspiration from Susan R

Hi Susan R here

I am sharing a mixed media tag with you today...

The image I have used is Rainbow with Fluffy clouds,
coloured with Promarkers and with red Stickles on the hearts.

Rainbow with Fluffy Heart Clouds

My tag started with a piece of dark red card
matted with a piece of canvas paper coloured with
Ken Oliver Color Burst water colours.

Next I added the image with a die-cut red card frame.

I covered the whole lot with a piece of lime green mesh
and added ribbon through a punched hole at the top.

Finally I added some handmade fabric buttons sourced in India!

Happy Crafting!!
